Hand Eye Society at Toronto Games Week 2026: Torontrons, Luminato & Local Indie Games

Toronto Games Week 2026 is almost here, and Hand Eye Society is bringing the Torontrons across the city for a week of local indie games, arcade-style showcases, and interactive art.

From the Toronto Games Week Kickoff at the waterfront to Luminato Festival events at Sankofa Square and Harbourfront, HES will be showcasing games by local developers and game artists through our custom Torontron arcade cabinets. These events are part of our ongoing mission to support video games as a form of creative expression, create exhibition opportunities for artists, and invite new audiences to experience games as art.

This year, you can find Hand Eye Society programming at the Giant Video Games & TGW Kickoff, Luminato at Sankofa Square, our Intro to the Torontrons workshop, and Luminato at Harbourfront.

A huge thank-you to everyone who submitted their work, and to our submission committee for helping us shape this lineup. Our Torontron Summer Tour is still ongoing, and we’re continuing to accept game submissions for future showcase opportunities.
