Bring your game to Toronto events all summer long.

Hand Eye Society is seeking indie game demos to be featured on the Torontrons, our custom-built arcade cabinets showcased at high-traffic events across Toronto. We bring them to city-wide events to spotlight independent developers and artists. If your game is easy to pick up, fun in short bursts, and works well in a quick drop-in setting, we’d love to see it! 

This is a rolling open call, with ongoing selections for our Summer 2026 programming. Selected games will be played by folks out in the city — a great way to reach new players and get your game discovered.

Why Submit?

Being featured on a Torontron is a chance to:

• Showcase your game at major public events and reach new audiences across Toronto
• Connect with new players, partners, and potential buyers
• Strengthen your professional network within the games community and across the cultural sector

How Do We Help?

Hand Eye Society takes care of the Torontrons at events (setup, staffing, and cabinet management), and we’ll do the heavy lifting to get your game installed and running. We’ll also spotlight selected games through our promo channels. If extra prep is needed to make your build Torontron-ready, we can offer a small stipend for that additional work.

What kinds of games work best?

We are looking for arcade-friendly games to run on our Torontrons. We’re open to any genre, but keep in mind that games that fit the best are:

• Easy to pick up
• Fun in short bursts
• Replayable and rewarding to come back to

How to Submit + Deadline

We’ll reach out to selected developers throughout the next couple of months as new events are confirmed. Our first showcase event is in June, with additional events running throughout the summer.

As this is a rolling submission, we encourage you to submit your build as soon as it’s ready, as earlier applications have more opportunities to be considered for upcoming events.

To be considered, please provide a playable build of your game so our team can play submissions and make curatorial selections.
